Nashville Neighborhoods

The 12 South neighborhood is located just a couple miles south of downtown Nashville along 12 th Ave between Wedgewood Ave. and Gale Lane. In an effort to improve walkability and curb traffic this neighborhood became part of a Metro Public Works street improvement project that helped create what it has become today. With this revitalization along with an increase in residential and commercial improvements this area has grown into a vibrant community that continues to appeal to homeowners for its easy access to local universities and downtown Nashville.

Residential neighborhoods boast a mix of historic architecture with a renewed modern Craftsman flare. Recent construction projects have included condominium developments and townhomes which have added to the diverse housing options in this hip and happening area.
